Joëlle Borgatta is in charge of the Photography Department and Head of Finance & Controlling at MEMORIAV in Bern, an association whose aim is to preserve and index Switzerland's audiovisual cultural heritage and, in so doing, to contribute to the expansion of the country's collective memory. She is also the General Secretary of the Aquatis Foundation.

Nadia Dresti began her career in 1984 at the Locarno Festival. In 1988 she joined the 20th Century Fox-Columbia TriStar Office in Geneva as Marketing Director. In 1990 she founded Zero Problem, specialized in film promotion, public and PR. For 8 years she was also an active member of the Commission in charge of film culture, promotion and marketing of the Federal Office of Culture (Swiss Ministry of Culture). In 1998 she began working with the Marché du Film de Cannes and the European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin. At both festivals she was in charge of buyers. Meanwhile, in 1999, she became a member of the Locarno Festival Selection Committee and was nominated Head of the Locarno Industry Office. Since then she has played an important role in the growth of this department, which year by year has consistently widened its scope and increased professional attendance. In 2003 she then took part in the launching of Open Doors, the new Locarno co-production workshop. In 2006 Nadia was nominated Delegate of the Artistic Direction of the Locarno Festival. In 2010 she launched the Industry Days and became Head of Locarno Pro in 2013. Since 2012 she is a member of the Federal Commission for Cinema (CFC). In 2017, Nadia Dresti is nominated Deputy Artistic Director of the Locarno Festival, while she continues her activities as Head of Locarno Pro.

Active for more than 10 years in business consulting, mainly in legal and financial structuring and transition and succession support. On the boards of directors on which she sits, she is involved in defining the strategy. Her skills include finding capital for growth and project financing and finding partners. Previously, Anne co-founded or managed several start-ups and advised companies of all sizes as a member of the management team of a major Swiss bank.

Yasmin Meichtry is responsible for Cultural Heritage at the Olympic Foundation for Culture and Heritage in Lausanne where she manages the collections of the Olympic Museum, the historical archives as well as the photo, video and film collections. Previously, she worked for the Swiss Confederation, as Director of the Swiss Foundation/Le Corbusier Pavilion at the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris and as Counsellor for Higher Education, Research and Innovation at the Swiss Embassy in Paris. Passionate about cinema, she has collaborated with Unifrance as press officer at the Rotterdam International Film Festival. Yasmin Meichtry has training in social sciences, international relations and cultural institution management from the Universities of Geneva, Lausanne and Amsterdam and has held various positions in Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
